The room had a functional kitchenette, which made it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay.

Cleaning staff sometimes interrupted us at inconvenient times, such as while the children were napping.

i was almost ready to rave about the convenient beach access, but then the noise from the nearby road ruined it all. also, can someone explain why the shower temperature was such a game of roulette? a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do for these inconveniences. sadly, i just couldn’t give more than 7 stars.

Noise levels from nearby bars detracted from the expected tranquility!!! Cleaning services appeared infrequent during my stay!!! An upgrade in kitchen supplies such as dish soap would greatly enhance the self-catering experience!!!

Amazing stay with the best staff!

We loved our week here! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mar and Toni, who went above and beyond to help us plan our trips. The meals were super tasty, especially at the restaurant. Just had a hiccup with the check-in process—it took longer than expected. The apartment was comfy and spacious for our family.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, great for families with kids needing extra space. Two swimming pools offered a decent place to relax, and beach access was a quick five-minute walk away, making it easy to take a dip in the ocean.

Unfortunately, the pool area felt smaller than the pictures indicated, often crowded during peak hours. The loud noise from the nearby road and external events made for an uncomfortable stay at times, especially for rooms facing the street. Plus, the kitchen in the apartment lacked basics like dish soap, which was a bit of an inconvenience. We also faced a lengthy check-in process that took longer than expected, somewhat setting a rough tone for the start of our vacation. Lastly, the shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably, making it tough to get a decent rinse without the guessing game.

It was just a great match for a holiday in Playa de Muro with excellent value for money. The coffee served every morning was fantastic and got me ready for the day. Make sure to check out the beach during the day.

The organic fruits were a delightful treat, particularly the fresh, juicy watermelon that accompanied our breakfasts. Plus, the staff at the poolside snack bar were incredibly attentive, crafting tasty snacks to keep us fueled for our adventures. The setting felt vibrant and family-friendly, making it a blast to unwind after a day soaking in the sun.

We were a bit thrown off by the placement in HSM Lago Park II, which definitely didn’t have the same shine as the main building. Sure, we had some cheeky ants crashing our snack party, and the hum of air conditioning was a bit loud, but overall, we still had a fab time enjoying the facilities.

One downside was the foul smell that occasionally came from the sewer system, which was unpleasant.
